Corder, Lee - Senior Vice President, Young Life International

Dr. Lee Corder is the Senior Vice President for Young Life International Division overseeing all YL International work in the northern hemisphere. He served for 20 years as Chaplain for the NFL’s Washington Redskins stepping aside several years ago after designating a replacement.

In the past Lee has served Young Life as U.S. Senior Vice President, International Director overseeing Europe and Africa, Regional Director of the Commonwealth Region and Area Director in four areas; in both Maryland and Virginia.

He has been active in Rotary, church sessions and other community service organizations. Education includes graduation from the University of Virginia with a BA in Government and a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has completed a Doctorate of Ministry from Columbia Seminary and is ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Lee and his wife Paula live in Arlington, Virginia and have four grown children, Justin, Micah, Wil and Laura, three daughter-in-laws, Liz, Sara and Courtney, and six grandchildren.
