About Workforce Ministries
Workforce Ministries was started 2005 because people asked what they could do in their workplace regarding their faith. We have no membership, no dues, and do not charge for our resources or events.
Living Out Faith Where You Work
Workforce Ministries is a community of believers dedicated to encouraging, supporting, and equipping Christians to live out their faith in the workplace. We believe that God’s grace is not confined to Sunday mornings—it’s meant to be experienced every day, in every task, meeting, and conversation.
For generations, the body of Christ has been present in the marketplace. Yet today, many Christians wrestle with how to express their faith at work or how to reconcile professional pressures with their spiritual convictions. That’s where we come in.

What We Do
Workforce Ministries provides opportunities for believers to grow spiritually, connect with one another, and find biblical guidance for real-world challenges. Our community gathers through:
- Guest speaker events featuring senior Christian leaders, our Purposeful Leadership Speaker Series
- Discussion and fellowship groups
- Workplace Bible studies, local luncheons, and our Quarterly Devotional Series with Dr. Richard Blackby.
- Training, educational materials, and other resources designed to deepen discipleship and Christian leadership.
Each gathering is an opportunity to grow in faith, share experiences, and build genuine community with others navigating similar challenges in the workplace.
